We have begun our second Blends Club classes for the year.
Everyone commits to 4 months of classes and will receive 4 new Stampin’ Blends each class worth $31. Everyone received a bonus Sale-a-Bration item for blends club on this round.
Our colours this month were Lovely Lipstick and Pretty Peacock and we focused on these colours alone.
We used the stippled colouring technique. You use the bullet point of the dark blend pen to make small dots on the shaded area then blend with the light pen to get the look you want.
Here’s the cards we made.
The first card was using the Forever Blossoms Bundle.
The second card used the FREE Sale-A-Bration set “Power of Hope” stamp and textured embossing folder.
We had fun in our classes this week creating 4 cards using the gorgeous Peaceful Poppies Suite.
Our first card was a ‘Z fold’ card that I cased from Pinterest and added my own twists to. A lovely friend, Laura Stranks provided the dimensions and instructions for me.
This card was designed by one of my lovely team members at my last retreat! Thanks Mel Moldoveanu for letting me case your lovely card.
This card is suitable for any greeting that’s in the Peaceful Moments stamp set! It’s simple but so effective with the colours used.
Once again, you can use any greeting with this super simple card. The Designer Series Paper is so beautiful and can be used as the feature on the card.
I stamped the partial poppy image with the greeting, then cut it out using the Painted Label Dies.
This card uses a couple of the poppy images as well as both splotches. They create a splash of colour.
I do recommend stamping off beforehand, especially using the Rich Razzleberry ink with the large splotch.
These cards were quite simple to create and the products used make them very effective.

I am not good at cake decorating but I needed a topper for my Mum’s upcoming 80th Birthday cake. Solution… I have loads of paper…
My Mum loves flowers and gardening so this is what I came up with.
It’s attached to a plastic solid base with the help of a glue gun. Of course it’s finished off with a spray of shimmer paint.
ps, I might be in love with the new Magnolia bundle
